Hi everyone! I know everyone is busy on the weekends but I think its important to check in on the wekends. We all have been having a rough time on the weekends and wonder why its hard to stay on track. Our new weight loss goals are not just a week day goals. So, I'm going to make an effort to check in as often as I can on the weekends to get and give support and encourage you all to do the same if you feel like you might slip up.
