Ive been watching food network, looking for some healthier, yummy fods to make. The only negative is that most of the foods they are making are really fattening!! Not to mention, seeing all of the food makes me hungry. So, a little note to everyone, dont watch Paula Dean unless your giving yourself a cheat day. Watch Everyday Italian with Giada Delorentis for somewhat healthy food. Quick fix meals with Robin Miller tend to be healthier and helpful when you dont have a ton of time to cook through the week. Hope this helps! I dont know how many other "foodies" are in here, so I dont know if it will be of much help. I just need some new recipes.
