Get a gallon jug and make your own iced tea. It tastes better, is cheaper and is healthy if the right tea is chosen.
Nestea, green tea, black tea, oolong tea and white tea all come from the same plant. The camellia sinensis plant. Yet black tea has only a pittance of the antioxidants that green tea has. And green tea only has a third of what white tea has. This is do to processes. White tea is only dried but green tea is also steamed and loses antioxidants. Black tea, like Nestea, is steamed and fermented and loses almost all of it.
The decaffeinating process also robs the antioxidants from tea. We see decaf green tea touting antioxidants but they don't say how much for good reason.
Now let's talk caffeine. black tea has 250% the caffeine that white tea has, and white tea has a third less than green does. And it tastes a lot better than green.

I found a good deal for white tea bags here. I bought from them twice and will buy again when my 200 bags run out. I'm drinking a cup right now.
