I've been struggling with my weight and the effects of my yo yo weight loss for over 20 years. I'm 30 and I can remember my mom on me about my weight as early as 9-10 years old.
Need motivation and accountability. Hoping to get it here

Try to not look at it like a struggle or a problem. It's a matter of establishing a lifestyle for yourself, one just for you, with your best interests and goals in mind. :) Join us on the Weekly Weigh-In for a helpful article each week, and enjoy being accountable with your weigh-in each week, any day that works for you. :) Enjoy the process. It's not a punishment; it's more of a reward, just for you.♥

You need to find the drive to do it. Decide on why you want to lose weight in the first place -- is it to look good, want to feel more confident, because of health reasons...then set realistic goals. Weight loss success entails making real lifestyle changes, and that doesn't happen overnight. You have a better chance of losing weight if you do it slowly too. You may find yourself giving in to temptation once in a while but don't make it become an excuse for an all-out binge. Good luck on your journey. If others can do it, there is no reason you can't. -- Medshape (AZ and MN)

She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body. I also worked up a sweat at the gym...
