The cake idea with fruit sounds good, I am gong to try the diet soda cake with a Spice Cake recipe and have it with some drained canned peaches.
200g shredded carrots
15g raw sunflower seeds
20g raisins
125g 2% plain yogurt
Tastes so good and is so filling. Sometimes I add a couple drops of blue agave syrup to make it even sweeter. It's easy to make a couple servings at once and throw it in a few Tupperware bowls. On occasion, I will even eat this twice a day.
Keeps me out of the chips bag :)

I serve this over whole wheat noodles or brown rice.
