Okay, so I like going out with my friends, but it seems like all there is to do is drink. One beer or cocktail is the caloric equivalent to an entire meal, not to mention zero nutritional value. I feel like I really need some willpower advice. I can't be drinking all the time, it makes weight-loss virtually non-existent, even when I go work out everyday to keep off the calories! Its so difficult to go out with friends and not drink, especially when everyone else is enjoying themselves.
