I went to the doctor today and while I was there I weighed in. Last time, the weight was mumbled and I lost my nerve to ask for the final weight because there were two people with me and I was embarrassed. So, I only heard the approximate weight and I see from my weight today that I lost somewhere between 5 and 10 pounds. That's with 3.5 months of hard work in a holistic, top-down, no-holds-barred, do every single thing you need to for healthy living and weight loss, approach. My clothes feel looser, my appetite is way down, I feel better when I move around and my waist, etc. measurements (my preferred weekly gauge) are lower each week. But somehow I haven't actually lost much weight. I'm feeling so demoralized right now. I need some help, please. Why are scales impossible to please?

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
