I'm trying to start working out more and lose a little weight. The problem is I don't have any access to a gym or any work-out equipment. I need some help finding workouts I can do around the house with as little equipment as possible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

you can google it on line and find aworkout that uses everyday items in your home that can be used to help you lose the weight you want to lose...ive heard of using empty milk jugs and filling it with sand or something that can add weight to it so that they can be used as weights.....im sure you will figure something out...best of luck to you

One of the toughest machines at the gym is the stair climber so if you have stairs in your house you are set. Just walk up and down the first stair for as long as you can manage. It is a heck of a lot tougher than it sounds. And if you can find something to use for weights like a couple of big cans of food and raise your arms up and down while holding those cans and walking up and down that stair then you have an at home full body work-out.

You can try either buying or checking out dvds at the library. I have two that I do that are a good workout. One is Walk Away the Pounds which has a 1,2, and 3 mile option. The Biggest Loser has some good dvds. Both involve the option of using light weights. They don't require a whole lot of room.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
