What are you on for bipolar? I was on lamictal and did good on it, no weight gain, but I also wasn't able to lose so my dr switched me to geodon.
I'm doing good on it, not gaining, but still not able to lose. Thinking I can't blame my meds now.
Geodon is supposed to be a weight stable med.

Aw that's hard when side effects of needed meds do this:( are there any other med options?

I'm on lamictal , wolbutrin , abilify and something else I don't remember.

I'm on Geodon and able to lose...lost the same 10 pounds on it at least 3 times. this time i'm determined to keep it off

Don't go off your meds, but if you think one of them is making it hard for you to lose there are others out there.
You can do this. It is harder when the meds make you gain and not able to lose.

(((hugs))) try not to beat yourself up ok.i can only WISH i was 200 lbs...im 237 and 5'2" not good for me but im trying...im on bipolar and other issues medications 16 to be exact...its hard to loose when the meds have a choke hold on you...i researched all my meds figured out which were weight gainers and got switched to similar meds that dont promote weight gain..lost 10 lbs so far

talk with your dr about your concerns the two of you will come up with a solution we are here for you to support you..you are not alone..(((hugs)))

    I'm horrified!  I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000.  I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter.  I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change.  Now this!  I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000.  I guess I have to pay...

    We all have 24 hours in a day.  How we spend these hours is important.  Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do.  Gonna have to work on that.Your turn.  Tell me another truth.
