At least thats what my Dr. told me.
I'd just go by my own scales and just keep track of the pounds you lose and not worry about the number.
1 pound or 10 pounds is a loss no matter what.
I CANT BE HAPPY EVERYDAY,IREALLY WONT TO BING, AND GO IN MY ROOM,MY GUY HAS
KNOW IDEA RIGHT NOW HOW I'M FEELING, I DONT WONT TO MESS UP HIS DAY,BECAUSE I,M FEELING ALITTLE LOT DOWN,I'LL
TRY TO GET IT TOGETHER.
THANK YOU.
Just stay on track.
I was so excicted that I lost 8lb but when I go to the doctors office their scale I lost nothing.
But according to my scale I was losing, just that my scale was wrong.
Most home scales don't match those doctor scales, it a mystry to me. I think the Doctors do it on purpose.
I'M GOING TO TRY TO NOT LOOK AT THR SCALE ALOT THAT'S MY
PROBLEM.
