Needtoreboot, unbelieveable to go from 70 mg to 570 mg of sodium....wow, what a difference...now days have to watch everything from cal to sodium and all those ingredients....stay healthy all.....
Trans fat has no benefit to body but it will cause 20.000 + people to die from heart attack/ heart illness ( clug pipes) yrly.
All true islandors say that Just put salt n/r grease n/r sugar on anytype of foods, lol, yep americans will eat it.
On 2 islands I had 2 g=food vendors say that American would eat ship if it's fried n has salt on/in it.
will anywho. For all recipes... I do not add nor sprink with salt.
If recipe needs milk I use 1/2 water n milk, r just water.
box cake mix seem to need butter/oil in batter. use no more than 2 to 3 table spoons of olive oil.
Will Dear toss salt out n stop using it.
Pepperman, I like your stock process! I do try to make my own stock when time allows. Our schedules can get a bit wonky so planning cooking can be tricky sometimes. Prepackaged stock really helps getting a quick meal prepared.
I know this isn't a huge deal calorie wise. It certainly is sodium-wise though.
