lost 20 lbs!!

YES!! I lost 20 lbs!! I was so scared to check the scale this week I haven't weighed myself in months but I have lost considerable weight and the best part is that I feel great. I have more energy and I'm hardly ever having crazy fried food cravings anymore. When I think of cheeseburgers and fried chicken now I get nauseous.

It's weird but after the first few weeks I've been eating a lot less during the day, I think my body is finally getting the vitamins it needs insted of junk! I'm still struggling with late night snacking but oh well, I can handle it.

Yay I hope everyone else is having a great day too!

That's fantastic Sophiasmom! What helped me with late night snacking was getting enough healthy calories during the day. Also I drink tea and eat some fruit like berries or clementines or other fruit you enjoy. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water.

Congrats to you on your weight loss! I started to add a meal replacement shake about 2yrs ago...and it helped me lose weight...but more importantly I alternate between drinking it for breakfast and dinner to cut out the night time snacking, because it does help to reduce the cravings. Keep up the good work!

Congrats to the wt loss. I am so envious..lol..I would love to lose 20 lbs, except I don't want to change anything, like eating to my hearts contempt, sweets, sandwiches, and anything else I see. What a chore I have in front of me....

    I'm horrified!  I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000.  I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter.  I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change.  Now this!  I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000.  I guess I have to pay...
