I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. If you concentrate on a healthy life style, that would be the best place to start. When I eat a healthy "diet" and get my exercise in, I feel like I'm accomplishing something and the results show.
Try taking that goal and breaking it down into manageable parts so that you can enjoy each step along the way. :) You may find ways of rewarding yourself for each goal you achieve too.

Congrat's on the 90# lost....that is a lot.
I also like to consider this is a lifestyle change, because it is how we should treat our body each day. Not have a starting and stop point.
I believe in eating healthy with portion control and excercise, we will be at our best. But, it will take patience......
