it does seem crazy that when you are dieting your whole world seems to revolve around food. I understand what you mean, but I think it will get better... I at least hope it does.

I JUST WONT TO GO TO SLEEP AND NOT THINK ABOUT FOOD, AND WEIGHT, AND WAKE UP KNOWING I HAVE TO GO PAST THE KITCHEN.

I know what you mean...no matter what else is going on in my life my weight is always there nagging me. Sometimes I'm good sometimes I'm not with what I eat but I'm always aware of the choices I'm making. It's also first thing on my mind in the morning...I weigh in (and have recently started recording for accountability) every morning. It's part of my routine. I guess the only thing that helps is that I know I have control over my weight...regardless of which way the numbers go I know it's my choices and no one elses that have caused that result.

I understand completely what you are saying! I feel like it is all I think about...honestly...it is nice to see that I am not the only one! Dieting can be so consuming it is ridiculous!!!

UGHH! I know exactly what you mean. It seems the only things that get my mind off dieting are sex and traveling! (both good fun for sure, but generally impractical : ) And anyone who is naturally slim or has never dieted has no idea what it feels like to think about food and calories and protien, carbs, etc. all the time! Grrr!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
