Secondly!
Benefits:
"Eat every day -- as much as I want, whatever I want" So not true, you would still have to eat less than you burn
"Heaps of energy" Doubt you could do any exercise without being exhausted, and mornings must be hell before the caffeine hits.
"Body does not go into starvation mode (that occurs after about 4 days of total fasting)" -True, but your metabolism drops by about 40% after 8 hours of not eating.
"While some weight lose is water, a considerable amount is fat" Permanent weightloss is always fat, so that is just a weird comment.
"Easy to maintain." Imagine it must mess with your mind that you cant eat all day, or be social at lunch. Not really a long term solution.
Mornings are full of energy. 40 minutes of hard weights and body-weight exercises no problem. Even before coffee. And such a liberation not to be tied to food throughout the day.
How does the metabolism drop 40%? Metabolism is mostly determined by the amount of fat and muscle you have. It is not affected that much by what or when you eat (apart from an increase in the digesting phase). Your metabolism is "on" all the time--it has to be.
And current research suggests that short-term fasting is extremely healthy for you allowing the body to repair it's cells. Maybe you should do some more reading.
