i swear, I have been dieting for years. i have always had a problem with my weight, I think all i really need is support.
I really think people trying to loose weight benifit from support.
Anyway, Ive just joined, and would like to meet some new people who could support me in my battle to lose weight really.
Im 15 stone and 5 foot 11, im also 16.
I dont care how old you are, as long as your a nice person.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Eat healthy, cut out fast foods and all the fatty foods, and EXERCISE!
Get moving and be sure to do lots of cardio. Walk, run, jog, play sports, anything. Just get moving and you will see big improvements in your fitness level.
An important bit of info for you:
Muscle burns more calories than fat, so do a bit of resistance / weight training and before you know it, you won't need to bother with diets or calorie counting.
