Ugh, I'm feeling so frustrated!
I have gluten intolerance, so I can't eat wheat, rye, barley or oats. I'm also very fatigued, so I am trying to limit sugars. I have a hard time digesting meat, so I limit that. I limit dairy because of asthma and allergies. I was eating beans to get my protein, but have been told that I would lose more weight if I limit my carbs. I just don't even know what to eat anymore! I'm tired of cut up veggies and salads! I tried to look up low carb gluten free recipes, but I'm just not interested in the recipes I've found. I'm just fed up with eating all together. I struggle with binge eating, but I'm grateful to say that I have NO interest in eating right now!!

The reason I'm asking is because of the gluten intolerance, you are probably well within the process of making the right kind of food choices that keep you healthy.
Add a fun exercise routine to your day, and find activities to improve your out of kitchen time.
To organize your menu plan to allow you to make the most of your choices, choose how you like to eat, and make the alternate as close as to the original as you can to increase the flavor and appearance of the finished dish.
Hope this helps.
I just feel guilty every time I eat. I feel like I can only eat things as long as they're low calorie, low carb, no gluten and all that generally adds up to low taste. I feel like if I were getting more exercise and being more active, I could afford a little more give in my diet. As it is, I have not been active for the last few months, so I am trying to keep my calories low and I have made food the enemy. :(
I can only say that you're going to be ok with whatever happens, since you know what you want, and when it happens, watch out world, here I come, ready or not!
Hang in there, this is only temporary!
