its not exactly eating the less amount of food, but less amount of calories....
this is just an example, i dont know how healthy it would be to live like this. but you could have 1 cup of garlic butter noodles and thats 900 calories, compared to 2.5 cups of cantaloupe which is 150 calories.
you can have 10 cups of cantaloupe compared to 1 cup of spaghetti.
GOOD LUCK THOUGH! im on day 20 of eating better and healthier, lost like 7Lbs already though...and thats with cheating here and there, i just dont cheat a big portion. if i do, i work it off then.
I agree with sheaventure to eat more of the healthy foods that are nutrient dense such as fruits, veggies, nuts whole wheat bread and pasta and rice in small portions. Sweet potato fills you up and keeps your blood sugar steady so you don't get hungry. Protein like peanut butter, fish, chicken will help also.
No white stuff like bread, pasta, rice, cake etc.
bananas are a great snack with a little peanut butter.
