for those of you who are having trouble losing weight and/or always "feel" hungry you should try herbalife.
im 16 and ive been taking it for about 3 weeks now. i feel and see a difference in myself.
the diet consists of 2 shakes a day and one regular balanced meal. but you really have to stick with it or you can get other outcomes.
ive already lost about 10 pounds.
it comes with pills you take at each meal.they consist of vitamins because your body isnt getting it because your not eating meals. pills that make your metabolism faster. some that take hunger away and so on. theere are 5 of them.
and it comes with this tea that you drink and that tea is what makes you lose a lot of weght because its burning the calories.

There may well be plans with shakes and pills, and pre-made meals that work for some people, but when you stop paying for all those things and have to go back to eating real food and preparing your own meals, you are going to run into problems.
These plans don't teach you the proper way to eat.
I am glad that this plan is working for you and that you are also spending a good amount of time at the gym because diet and exercise must both be done for success.
Be sure to have a good eating plan in place for the day that you stop taking just the shakes.
