I did loose about 20 pounds in that time though. I would do it again.
Plus, the hcg drops are a MAJOR appetite suppressant. I need to remind myself to eat! There are 4 phases. Phase 1 is gorging day. You eat whatever the heck you want for 2 days. You have to make sure the foods are high in fat though, otherwise, you'll feel deprived the first few weeks. Phase 2 is 24-40 days (however long you want to do it) and it involves taking the drops 1-3 times a day and eating the 500 calories a day. Phase 3 is maintenance. This phase is important because it actually resets your metabolism to your new weight, meaning you won't gain back everything you lost. Phase 4 is slowly integrating other foods. You aren't on the 500 calorie diet, and you can eat what you want, but in moderation. This is slowly introducing other foods to your system.
And while you're on phase 2, the key is variety. There are tons of sites with HCG Phase 2 recipes that add variety to all the foods you can eat!

It says you can't use lotion, but I totally do and am fine. However, I do use powder makeup and don't eat anything with oil in it.
There are many sites that you can order HCG drops from, this is the site I ordered them from. You're free to look at other sites.

Good luck on your weight loss!!
Also, I have always been confused as to why people would want to use a pregnancy hormone to lose weight? I've always been more hungry and gained more weight when I got pregnant. ;)
