I had a health scare a little over a month ago and had to go to the ER. I normally did not go the doctor, and have not had a check up in along time. I always made sure that my mom had what she needs that I lost track of me. I strained a muscle around my heart around my rib cage, and I really could not believe the amount of pain it caused. So I had to go to the ER and they gave me something and I had to go to "my doctor". I did not have a doctor so I started searching and found a doctor where I could go for very little. The ER visit, turned out to be a blessing in a way. I found out that I have to lose over 50 pounds.
It is not easy, I have been walking around a mile each day, and that does help with the depression that I have been in. Clears my head some and it does make me feel better. I am sticking to 2000 calories, but I am not always eating the best foods, but I am counting my calories, just less of the food that I like. I have lose 10 pounds, but I really have no support. I just do the best I can, but if I do not lose weight I might have to start taking medication for something that I am borderline on. It is a strugle. I really have no one to really talk to about my diet and weight lose.
Plus I keep straining the same muscle in my chest. I have no idea how I do it, but somehow I do. I can't not do what I have to do around here because I take care of my mom and alot has to be done. It really is frustrating, but I keep pushing myself to get my mile in each day and counting calories even if it is hard some days.
