HEY GUYS...HERE IS MY ISSUE: I START A NEW DIET EVERY WEEK BECUASE THE ONE I STARTED THE WEEK BEFORE I FAILED AT. I CANT SIT DOWN TO HAVE A MEAL WITHOUT FEELING EXTREMELY GUILTY ABOUT EVERYTHING, AND THEN I SLIP INTO THIS STUPID DEPRESSION PHASE AFTERWARDS. I REALLY WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT BUT I LIKE FOOD, I LIKE FOOD ALOT. FOR THE MOST PART I EAT SMALLER PORTIONS AND HEALTHIER DURING THE WEEK. BUT COME THE WEEKEND I COMPLETLEY FALL OFF THE WAGON AND GUILT COMES RACING IN WHICH MAKES ME WANT TO EAT MORE, BECAUSE WELL I AM ALSO THE TYPE THAT EATS MY EMOTIONS (BUT THAT ANOTHER TOPIC). CAN ANYONE SUGGEST HOW TO NOT FEEL SO GUILTY WHEN EATING? ITS GETTING TO A POINT WHERE ID RATHER NOT EAT AT ALL, IN FRONT OF ANYONE. HELP!! :) KRISTEN'S LOOKING FOR A CHUBBY BUDDY..LOL :)
