I have a quick question. I live in Maine , and at the moment I can walk outside, which is lovely. However I know I walk at a slower pace. I have indoor walking DVDs that are calibrated to walk one mile in 15 mins. I like to walk approx 9000 steps a day, and can do that easily ( outside) by walking to the supermarket. However I am having a lovely strolll when I do that.
Bottom line: which walk is better for calorie burn and weight loss? I love walking outside, but my heartrate is "in the zone" with the indoor tapes. Thanks for your input.

Good luck to you and Happy walking!! :)
