As for the weight range. I give myself a couple of pounds over and under. There are many reasons for weight fluctuations so do not let it drive you crazy. If you see a more constant gain get back to basics before it gets out of hand.

If you want to average 130, I would allow the range 125-135. 5 lbs either way is good, before action would be required.

You will definitely fluctuate!
If you stay within your calorie and weight range, you will be fine!
Don't stress and don't overthink it and you will find it simple.
Eat as much as you need to maintain your weight once you're there. Exactly how much that is, you'll find out once you're there, so make sure to retake your RMR!
