Good for you....that is fantastic. You are sure great with the maintenance challenge. So many of us (including me) have many ups and downs. I have lost and regained 10# like forever. Keep up the good work....

WOW !! That's awesome. I've been struggling to get off 3 lbs. that have crept on over the summer but I'm basically 5 lbs from my original goal. Had hoped to drop 10 lbs. Just keep on going.
