121 isn't very high. If I understand things correctly, your morning fasting glucose numbers has more to do with the amount of glucose excreted by the liver after a five hour period of no food while you are asleep rather than what you ate in the preceding evening. Someone will surely take me to task here if I am wrong about that.

i did notice one thing when i walked on tread mill for 40 minutes i had 5 points less after that .

Here are some ranges of numbers which you might find useful.
Fasting Glucose Readings:
65-99 = normal
100-125 = prediabetes likely
126 and higher =diabetes

And it is to do with the liver and pancreas having a "party" while we sleep and many diabetics have their highest reading in the morning - it is called the "Dawn Phenomenon" and it is very common amongst us diabetics.
