Diabetes Type 2 Support Group
Type 2 Diabetes is a condition in which the body either does not produce enough insulin or does not make efficient use of it. Insulin is a hormone needed to convert food into glucose, a sugar that the body uses for energy. Watch what you eat and exercise whether you have diabetes or not.
Lifestyle causes us many health problems.
I just joined this group as recently diagnosed. I have had tingling in my feet the past few months and checked out neuropathy on the internet. I found a section where it said that peanuts are good for neuropathy as they have B vitamins, etc. I have been eating them and definitely notice a difference. Maybe you can try this and it may work. Hugs back to you thank you

B vitamins are good for the nerves. I couldn't find the website that I originally found. I thought I should be careful eating peanuts as Gayle mentioned in one post to be careful with carbs I am new at this. I was eating quite a few but decided to cut back. It seemed like my feet got worse so I eat some in the morning when I get up and then take my pills. I also eat some more in the evening and my feet have been better. Hope this helps.
