For Thanksgiving dinner I had a small piece of turkey because I prefer chicken, candied sweet potato, potato roll, riced potato with butter and pumpkin pie with real whipped cream. Portions were small and my fasting b/s this morning was 108. How that happened I don't have a clue.
I can always tell when I've been naughty because physically I don't feel well. My feet and toes especially really hurt today. Generally just don't feel good. I wish I could motivate myself to control the eating. I do well with the exercise for the most part usually.
I did turkey, small amount of cranberry sauce, some stovetop stuffing, bunch of green beans...waited and was 84 ! (tho I did dishes, some dusting, played with doggie outside for a few) and then decided to have a piece of blueberry pie..still wasn't too bad after that.
