There seem to be a lot of people in denial about their condition. I'm so glad that you're facing these health issues head on. I don't like the fact that my A1c is so high, its' 6.6, but my doctot assures me that as long as its not over 7 that I'm doing fine. I was diagnosed in 1994 with a glucose reading of 436. I know this is a big challenge to be able to change the way we eat, but in the long run it is well worth it. Just take it one day at a time. Whatever you find out please share with us.
on the other hand, may i report an improvement in mine? i went from 9.7 to 8.5, but it took 3 months of hard work.
