I eat whole grain rice cakes by Quaker, i sometimes have one with tuna or peanut butter as a snack and my bs stays within a good range.

I am learning the only foods that are okay seem to be whole foods and nothing processed. There is so much false advertising out there. Again, thank you for suggesting this link.
