If you're doing #1 so often but it stays yellow, you're fine. If you're doing #1 a lot and it's nice and clear, you should ask your doctor for advice.
The reason is, your body has a natural balance and when you get too much of something, your body sends signals to try and correct it. This could be in the form of thirst for more water or the need to do #1.
Also keep in mind that if you just happen to drink a whole lot of water, you will do #1 and it will be nice and clear since your body knows that it needs to hold on to the nutrients but it doesn't need the excess water.
I found that when my doctor moved me (and hubby too) to extended release 1000mg 2x per day, I had the initial issues with some stomach cramping, slight nausea, and chronic diarrhea for about 10 days. I am now returning to normal on the Extended Release. On the other version, I was dying from side effects! I was always in the bathroom.
