But I am new to this so get other opinions first.
My doctor said, that for me anyway, I should be under 120 when I wake up in the morning, and under 160 two hours after meals.
Even THOSE numbers seem high from what I have read. I try to be under 100 when I wake up (I usually am) and under 140 when I spike after meals (which I usually am).
so please let us know what you are eating during the day; how many calories? how many grams of carbohydrates? When are you taking your readings? What medicines are you taking? How much are you exercising?
Also, some people have mentioned to me if your levels are high, drink water, and exercise.
Hope this helps.
Its good to monitor and record....keep a log...best to design your own...the ones on the market are lacking.....I use an accountants book.
