Good Morning Everyone! I tried this yesterday afternoon and OMG, it was soooo good, gave me 5 g of fiber and lot's of protein. It wasn't even a whole carb exchange.
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 cup of the Fiber One Key Lime Pie yogurt
1/2 tablespoon of pecans
Mix all together and enjoy! Very filling and I could have licked the bowl afterwards it was sooooo good!

Yum, that sounds REALLY good. I find the key lime yogurt a bit too sweet on it's own so cutting it w/the saltiness of cottage cheese is a fantastic idea. Thanks for the tip!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
