I can totally skip mashed potatoes but the sweet I dont know.I plan to try a lilttle and see if it spikes then i will know...I know from before that potatoes and rice and pasta and pizza all spike mine.I have been using wheat pasta and i dont get the spikes so spaghetti is still on my menu....Yay

I feel the same about Thanksgiving and Christmas, two days a year and skip the bread and marshmellows/sweet potatoe.
Walking before and after is always a good thing and I can attest even 10 minutes brings it down. One helping of a couple things and I am full anymore.
