But then, my B/S is out of control with my lowest reading (293)in 30 days was today. It's been running in the high 300's. They just raised my metformin to 1000 mg 2x's a day. Not sure how this is going to turn out. I exercise at least 30 min a day as well. Drink water, milk and occasionally a diet soda.
Sorry....I kind of got into my own concerns. Just scared right now.
For work I usually have a greek yogurt and a nature valley peanut granola bar.
weekends I am bad since we usually are out running around, but if we eat out, I do salads, baked chicken etc
