so last time I had my A1C checked was in march and it came at 6.7
just now I got my results and it is at 7.1

Your numbers are still good. Calm down, stress will shoot those numbers through the roof.

Do you exercise? I bought a recumbant bicycle and pedal/watch the news for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes every day. That seems to help my numbers. My last A1C was 5.6 I take Puritan Blueberry Leaf extract capsules (5) before I go to bed. I also pedal about 10 minutes after dinner to burn up some glucose. I eat a VERY low carb diet.
