What meds are you on? How long have you been on them? How much do you exercise? How overweight are you (if you are overweight)? How many carbs are you eating per day?
My doctor said for morning before eating should be less than 120 and two hours after meals should be less than 160. But other people have received different advice from their doctors.
In my opinion, the 120 is great !

We are all different, our pancreas level of performance varies a ton..and there is also the good ole liver....
I'm at 175 in the morn , but 125 2 hours after the first eating..
