Don;t expect any dramatic results though it should lower your b/g reading some but usually not by any dramatic amount, at least it didn't in my case
It really isn't for everyone.I can;t say to much about blood sugar I was never told to take my sugars or get a meter.It did help me lose a lot of weight.
you need to use the metformin, diet changes, exercises all together to see a change but you will see a change
