I am taking Lantus too, 12 units a day. Night time only. During the day I am taking humalog. 8 units for breakfast, 10 for lunch and 10 for supper. No addition meds either. But the numbers are creeping up and when I go to the Dr. on Monday, I will see if she changes it or adds something else.
