how many times the same lancet can be reused .i was told that one lancet one time only .and then u have to replace it .

I use them more than once. Just clean it with alcohol.

I use the multi-clix sometimes I forget to turn it, the biggest problem for me is .....the duller the Lancet the more it stings. You wipe the stick site with alcohol anyway so I think the choice is yours.

I would use it maybe twice, they can become dull if you use the same one over again and they can become more painful each time used. (and I don't use the alcohol, dries out my skin, I just wash my hands, but your preference)

so i was told by some one that it may caused a bacteria in me if i use many times even if i clean it with alcohol

I would be more worried about the stick hurting after several uses than bacteria.

I'll use mine to a maximum of three times ... cleaning with alcohol in between. Any more than that and the lancet becomes too dull. Even my diabetic nurse told me it was okay to use a lancet more than once.
