i'm down to 8mg and all of a sudden my numbers are all normal numbers now.
That chart shows 21 test subjects who are normal, look at the morning, post meal and random readings.
IMHO, I still think > 140 for long periods of time can be very harmful, I think 180 is what is considered "under control" for diabetics.
