Absolutely, yes. I think it important to have diabetes safe over the counter drugs ready at home for when you do get a cold or flu. I have goggled 'diabetes safe over the counter drugs' and stocked my medicine cabinet 'just in case'. The last thing I would want to do is have to run out and get that stuff while feeling ill.

unfortunately many things can affect the numbers, being sick, hormones, stress, other diseases and meds . It can be frustrating

it is very comon. when i am sick, i drink green tea and also have cinimon. it helps to level it to where your not feeling like your gonna barf.

Yes, you better believed it. I have other diseases, and it is an up hill battle to keep in check. Some days are better than others.
