So though I am not a fan of oatmeal in July... I've been having a serving of oatmeal every morning. I usually add berries and I've added some of those offending nuts at times lol. I've also gotten some frozen fish from the market... 2 servings of fish/week is recommended so i'm told and I have no idea how to cook it... yeah this should be fun!

Any of those words separately or mixed should give you a lot of results and a LOT of information. Might check it with a dietitian though.
random factoid: Hoki Fish are the highest in omega 3 and lowest in mercury...
I love fresh fish but hard to get in Florida!!! Isn't that a joke!
Tuna is good but that is hard to find with the oil now also. I love salmon but man it is like $9.50 to much.
Fish sticks have breading and that is no good for me.
Gotta find a man who likes fishing, my ex sold his boat so no more fishies!!! Tuna for now..oh well...
