I would have thought that, but it came through as one of the Daily-Strength Health blogs that this community sends via email every morning. The title was Vegetables and Glucomannan, Two Ways to feel full and eat less by Aaron Snyder. It didn't sound like he was selling it himself. He said it could be obtained in health food stores.

I dont like think any of these so-called 'cures' cure anything. If they worked we wouldnt needs meds and doctors. Unfortunately, I never met a person who took an over the counter drug and 'poof' they didnt need meds and doctors anymore.

I didn't see it but it sounds good? After here I will check it out, I could stand feeling full. I seem to be so hungry the last few weeks like I never fill up?

I think of heard of this On Dr.Oz a few days ago; but he has said that diabetes comes from eating sugar????? He has products on his show that he recomends. I do not believe everthing he says.

I don't believe all he says either, he has some strange ideas about diabetes...and carbs are sugars...and it can run in families and no matter what a person does they can still get diabetes. I heard him once say numbers should always be under 100 no matter what, now if you eat, that is not going to happen lol..

I dont believe everything Oz says either. But he's only saying what his staff produces. He's a heart surgeon and not a diabetic specialist. AND diabetes doesnt come from sugar. What about all those seriously obese people who eat nothing but high carbs and never get diabetes. No one in my family ever had diabetes and I was overweight but not obese and I got it.

These Noodles are made of Fiber called, You Guessed it, Glucomannan!

Has anyone ever tried them or found them in a store? A friend of mine in Chicago says they are wonderful and she loves them.

I have never seen them in the regular stores, haven't looked in health food stores. But I have seen them advertised on line for a long time.
I am not that much of a pasta lover so I use the Dreamfields pasta when I am wanting pasta...However, it says it is fiber and that should be good for us.

Glucomannan sounds very promising and could be the answer for some people. I would however caution of side-affects. Check out WebMD.
