A brisk walk is good, along with a balanced diet
Discipline is what I struggle with, every day of my life...its so easy just to sit....and rot, without any realization.
But take these same veggies, add some cheese and apple, along with some nuts and mayo, and we have the basic "super salad"..
Or take that same celery and fill the voids with a little cheese or peanut butter, it then become delicious.
But then, the exercise is a must, the cattle are not known for exercising.
Take your meds correctly, exercise and in time things will work out. If they continue to go up, then of course get with your doctor.
And so you also know, if you don't eat, your body will still create sugars naturally and numbers can go high, so it is important to feed the body...the organs need sugars to function
