Diabetes Type 2 Support Group
Type 2 Diabetes is a condition in which the body either does not produce enough insulin or does not make efficient use of it. Insulin is a hormone needed to convert food into glucose, a sugar that the body uses for energy. Without enough insulin, glucose can accumulate in the blood, and can cause serious health problems such as heart disease and strokes and organ damage...

I really hope you find the answers your looking for.
I have never joined a support site until this one. I honestly just hide it all, but a suggestion was made so here I am. I have multiple health problems and it sucks. I have had 6 surgeries in my life, which to me is a lot. I have to take 8 different medications every day, multiple times a day and keep tabs on heart rate, blood pressure and blood sugar.
I hit a wall about a month ago and wanted to just stop with the doctors, meds, and constant side effects. That's why the suggestion was made. It's supposed to help you to vent and talk to others who understand. I think I will get more from this talking to people like you who are honest about the anger and all the other crap that comes along with it.
I say it's not the end of the world because it's not. It's a hurdle that has to be jumped. I will simply suggest you find what drives you to jump the hurdle. I don't know how old you are or your future plans but there's always something to reach for.
If you want to vent more, ask questions or just tell your story I'll listen.
1. eat when you are hungry
2. don’t drink liquid 30 mins before and after and during the meal
3. chew the food 25 times or more.
4. stop eating the food after 1st Burp
Assessment: Measure your glucose one day and then follow the above 4 steps till next day and measure your glucose. You would see significant reduction in your glucose without any change in food. If you follow them for a month or two, it will keep improve your diabetic levels and most probably could able to cure type II diabetics gradually.
