Doesn't seem to matter what I eat before.
Where I've got the rest of the day in control I'm not going to worry too much about it but always open to suggestions.
I'm on Glipizide XL twice daily
So much to learn.
Morning BS was 130 both days.
I realize that Glipizide XL is extended release but wonder if the time span between doses makes a difference? Basically if taken in AM and then with dinner, that's about a 9 hour span. Then it's 15 hours til the next AM dose.
