Type 2 Diabetes is a condition in which the body either does not produce enough insulin or does not make efficient use of it. Without enough insulin, glucose can accumulate in the blood, and can cause serious health problems such as heart disease and strokes and organ damage...
You cannot allow this to control you, you must make the first step to taking control. Stand in front of a mirror, look at the girl looking back and you and tell her, you can do this, you will do this, you must do this and then begin with one thing and work on changing it.
If you make the effort to control and begin with baby steps, one day you could possibly get off insulin. I know of a couple who have done this, getting their diabetes in control and cutting out some meds. getting control can help the neuropathy, getting control could help with the kidneys
there is a saying, you cannot control people, places, or things, but you can control yourself
