Anytime I test my BS it is within normal ranges, with the exception of the morning one which I have never got to be within the normal range. Warning...You will have very healthy bowel movements. LOL. I drink mine prior to eating lunch as I read you shouldn't take them within an hour of taking meds. Since I take morning and evening meds, I chose the middle of the day. I do get them in bulk at the health food store here in town and they are very, very inexpensive. Linda
