Once I was in a mood and had a chocolate cupcake with iceing ROFL, don't advise you all to do that LOL
Pretty healthy I think; also it was a very filling breakfast.
19 carbs, 12 protien
Weekends- eggs and toast, eggs and fruit, eggs and yogurt
I am not against milk but I have really bad post nasal drip first thing in the AM so milk tasted bad so I just dont drink it.
Post-diagnosis, I have remade The Happy Rooster and renamed it the Not Unhappy Rooster and eat it most mornings: 1 slice of Brownberry Healthful 10-grain toasted with 1/3 TBSP of Hellman's Mayo. A hard-boiled egg sliced on top of it covered with a thinly sliced tomato and fresh spinach. About 320 calories and 15 carbs.
